Working across analog photography, video and artificial intelligence, Simonyan explores her identity as an Israeli woman, engaging with memory and transitional spaces. She returns again and again to the same places and figures, weaving everyday observation with an almost dreamlike sensibility. Her images hold complexity and stay open to interpretation, seeking a beauty that emerges through encounter, between the harshness of the world and a conscious, meaningful presence within it.
